Who We Are

Unified Response is led by Christine Tonetta, a Fire Captain and Training Officer with the Millville Fire Department in New Jersey.

Christine brings over 25 years of combined volunteer and career experience in fire and EMS. She serves as an instructor at the Cumberland County Fire Academy and teaches nationally on topics including active shooter and hostile event response, incident management, and fireground EMS integration.

She is also an instructor with C3 Pathways and NJ SAVER, delivering Active Shooter Incident Management (ASIM) training throughout New Jersey and across the country, working with fire, EMS, and law enforcement professionals to improve coordinated response.

Her background includes extensive training and certifications in fire suppression, EMS, hazardous materials, technical rescue, and incident management
